Chapter 24

Well, this has been an interesting week! Not what we thought would happen. Did the prophets miss what the Lord was saying? To answer that, let me share some scriptures with you. First, you must realize that God is not ruled by time! He lives in eternity where there is no time. He lives in an eternal now! Heb. 11:1, says,

 

NOW, faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen."

 

Jesus said in Mark 11:24,

 

What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." 

 

When God speaks, His words will come to pass in due season. For example, Paul said in Gal. 4:4-5,

 

"But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons."

 

There are set times in God's eternal plan for mankind and we are in one of those set times. God will wait until Satan exposes himself to the fullness and then God will act. Gen 15:16, (NIV) God said to Abram,

In the fourth generation your descendants will come back here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure."

 

Gods timing is not ours and we need to believe His word no matter what happens! Biden signed a flurry of executive orders, actions and memorandums aimed at rapidly addressing the coronavirus pandemic and dismantling many of President Donald Trump's policies. It didn't matter if the Trump policies were working because the Democrats wanted to show their power and hatred for Trump. The reason for this is because he disrupted their agenda which was to destroy America so the one world government could continue to be established! They had to get rid of Trump. Now, it appears that they have succeeded and here are the evidences of that! I just saw a video that showed Biden stating to those around him that he didn't know what was in some of those executive orders and his vice president told him to just sign them! Among them was the halting of the funding for the construction of Trump's border wall, reversing Trump's travel ban targeting several Muslim countries. He stopped the United States' withdrawal from the World Health Organization, with Dr. Anthony becoming the head of the delegation to the WHO. He rejoined the Paris climate accord, a process that will take 30 days. He stopped the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline which will put 75 thousand people out of work, and directs agencies to review and reverse more than 100 Trump actions on the environment.

 

He rescinded the Trump administration's 1776 Commission. The commission's goal was to end what it calls the "radicalized view of American history which has vilified the United States Founders and its founding. In response to the work of figures like Howard Zinn and groups like the 1619 Project, the 1776 Commission seeks to increase "patriotic education" via a centralized approach to nationalized curriculum. This effort is linked to Trump's wider attacks on the critical race theory.

 

He signed an executive order which requires non-citizens to be included in the Census and apportionment of congressional representatives. He reversed a Trump executive order to put restrictions on US entry for passport holders from seven Muslim-majority countries. He undid Trump's expansion of immigration enforcement within the United States. He Directs OMB director to develop recommendations to modernize regulatory review and undo Trump's regulatory approval process.

 

He signed an order to prevent workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. He restored collective bargaining power and worker protections for federal workers, and laid the foundation for $15 minimum wage.

These executive orders that Trump ordered were working. Now, once again our borders are being opened up and there is a caravan of people headed for our country! Now, a boy who has had a sex change and is now a girl can play sports against girls! Just to mention a few.

 

The evil darkness in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party and in our State governments is being uncovered and those who have bought into it are being exposed to who they are really serving! If the left had not stolen the election and Trump would have rightfully won the election by a landslide, we would not have known the evil that has been exposed in our governments! Congressmen and women and senators have revealed who they really are and very few of them stood up for Trump! The hatred that is being spewed from their mouths is undeniable! Its not just disagreement but is absolute hatred! Even his own Republican Party in the House and in the Senate rushed to blame Trump for the invasion of the Capital Building without waiting to see who was leading the attack!

 

So, did what the prophets told us prove to be wrong? Some of them missed the timing of the Lord, however, we must wait and see what the Lord is doing in all of this. What God is doing now, I may not understand, but I am convinced that God is doing something that is going to come clear to me once He makes His acts known. Don't be moved by what you see. We need to trust and believe that what God has said, He will cause to come to pass.

 

Jesus said in John 16:25, (NIV)

 

Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. In that day you will ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf. No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God."

 

In Isaiah 46:8-12, God said,

 

Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, 'My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please. 'From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do. Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted, you who are now far from my righteousness. I am bringing my righteousness near; it is not far away; and my salvation will not be delayed. I will grant salvation to Zion, my splendor to Israel."

In Gen 15:16, (NIV) God told Abram,

God will, many times, allow sin to be fully manifest before He acts! We live in a 7/11 society that wants the convenience of having our prayers answered immediately and we fail to realize that it takes some time to establish the events required to answer many of our prayers! That's when our faith is activated. The righteous shall walk by faith!

 

Paul said in 2 Thess. 2:9-12, (NIV),

 

The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason, God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness."

 

I hate to say this but there are many Christians who lack discernment of what the Lord is doing at this time in our nation's history and because they have allowed their eyes to be blinded by the news media, they cannot discern the evil spirits that are behind many of our representatives in Congress. Paul said in Eph. 6:12-13, (NKJV)

 

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."

 

Many Christians have allowed hate to enter their hearts for Trump and for Biden when our warfare is not with them but with principalities and powers and the rulers of darkness! We must guard what comes out of our mouth when talking about these people. We can discern the thoughts of a person by what they do and by what comes out of their mouth! Jesus said in Matt. 12:37, (NKJV)

 

"For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

 

We are living in troubled times and so many Christians have placed their faith in being taken out of here by the Rapture! If you are among these Christians, may I ask you a question for you to consider? What glory would the Lord receive if he would come and take out a defeated bride just to save her from evil? That would be admitting that the greater one that lives within us was incapable of leading His bride to overcome evil! 1 John 4:4 says,

 

Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world!"

 

If we are to change what is happening in our nation, we must get out of our pews and get involved in what is happening in our community, in our state and in our nation! We must stop voting for those who oppose Kingdom principals and vote for those who will stand up and not be afraid to declare what the Kingdom of God has to say about law and order! We had a president who did this for us and we did not defend him because of his crude ways of doing things! We were like Israel who wanted a man like Saul who was head and shoulders above the people and good looking! But the Lord, in all of His wisdom, gave us an outsider to our way of thinking and anointed him to do the work that we should have been doing! He didn't fit our standard of who a president of our nation should act but he did more for the Church and our nation than any president we have ever had, because the anointing of the Lord was on him!

 

We sing a song in church which says, "Awake! Oh Israel! Put off thy slumber, for the truth shall set you free! For out of Zion comes thy deliverer, in the year of Jubilee!"
